Hours
Of course our year-round boarding facility cares for your pets 24/7. Nevertheless, our animal guests need their time to calm down and the operational procedures of a pet boarding facility require a good time scheduling. In this respect it is absolutely necessary to define core hours for check-in and check-out and clearly restricted time periods for interested visitors. Still, it may occur that many visitors come at the same time or that we are busy picking up an abandoned animal on behalf of the local police.
Therefore we kindly ask you to make an appointment in advance.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Monday - Friday: 8.00 - 11:00 / 17:00 - 18:00
Saturday: 9:00 - 11:00
Interested Visitors:
Saturday 10:00 - 12:00
Fifficats is closed to the public on Sunday as well as on public holidays.
